Twitter embeds don't show for me, but from replies seem to be working for others.

Is this a browser thing? I'm using firefox.
Or some extension doing this?

Honestly this issue seems “random”, at times they wont load for me either, or only some does. Then all will work just fine for a while. I don’t know why this is, I dont do anything for it to work/not work, it just happens. I’m using FF too.

When I post a tweet, it doesn't show up in my response after the page is refreshed. If I then do a manual CTRL+F5 on the page, it's there. But I also use a couple of addons (uMatrix etc.) which may cause this behavior.

As I just had to redo it, here's what I did to get embedded tweets to show up:

- Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Enhanced Tracking Protection: Add http://failheap-challenge.com to the list
- Disable Privacy Badger for FHC
- Disbale uBlock Origin for FHC
- Do a round of allows in uMatrix. This is unfortunately always a rinse-repeat of allow things, refresh page, watch more from the same site being blocked, allow things, refesh page ...

Didn't need to do any of that with my recent Win11 build. Strange. I did import my NoScript whitelist from my old system, though.
