    Not necessarily, that they're both having this issue with firefox makes me think the issue is with firefox. Maybe not an adblock plugin but some security setting itself within firefox is preventing twitter content from loading.

    It could be a million things on their or FHC ends, I'm leaning more their. I'll look into it. Two reports of people not loading twitter on one site using only firefox isn't much to go on, and I can't find anything of people having similar issues except for having blocked twitter with a security settting.

    57 is the most recent one right? I read they added a bunch of "security" stuff to protect people. Did this only start after you updated?

    Think I found it. Do you have tracking protection set to Always in Firefox? I'm able to reproduce the issue with that set to always and no white-list. Disable protection on FHC and see if twitter loads now. Y'all are probably the few that would go and change that setting to Always which is why it's not widespread since default is only in private windows.

    I have the same issue, the first two are of the form
    Code:
    lel<br>
    <br>
    <script type="text/javascript">
    function loadx(data) {
      document.write(data.html);
    }
    </script>
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/oembed.json?id=...&amp;callback=loadx"></script>
    <div class="twitter" onload="loadx().html">
    </div>
    But the third is more simply
    Code:
    <img src="https://pbs.twimg.com/media/BcksYbWIQAAMm1u.jpg" alt="" border="0">
        ::before
    </img>
    That image URL works directly, but I can't see why uBlockOrigin or Cookie AutoDelete might actually be responsible for none displaying content in the posts. Possibly a more general denial of cookies for twitter domains? I know previously (FF56 & diff addon combo) that cookie denial caused directly viewing tweet pages to not work fully.

    And lol disabling Tracking Protection just to view an embedded tweet.

    How about instead the things at least get some decoration so a empty box is noticable?

    yes, disabling it shows tweets.

    thinking about putting it back on regardless tbh.

    If you want to block content that tracks you I canít help if it doesnít load. The issue is on yíalls end, up to you what to do.

    You/FHC can at least style the content so that it's noticable when the inner content hasn't loaded. Even a simple 1px thick border with 1px inner padding would work.

    And why the pbs.twimg.com img doesn't work should be different reasoning, it's not JS or containing a potential tracking ID, just the URL of the image.

    FHC Issues Thread

    Itís not noscript or adblocker, tracking protection is just a list from disconnect.me that blocks anything from loading on it. Twitters image server is on that list, retrieving content with JavaScript has nothing to do with it.

    Iíll reach out to Don about putting a border around them. He has some weird setup when you it comes to the css so I donít want to muck around it myself.

    Ah that's why it works on my Firefox, I disabled the strict built-in tracking protection because I'm fully uBLock Origined up anyway, which is better.

    Tracking protection off for FHC fixed it for me too, nice one. Noticed twitter blockhappening on another vbulletin forum also, and it too was tracking protection being on. Good work chaps.

    Tbh, it's a dumb feature. If it really wanted to block tracking entirely, it would prevent twitter loading everywhere. But it doesn't prevent it on websites that have paid screened them, which obviously FHC hasn't. It's a feel good security measure that makes them some money to boot.
