    Can we get a similar tag to html5video where by default:
    * Sound is muted,
    * The video automatically starts playing
    * The control bar is not shown.
    Edit: * and loop.

    The gif thread would love that.

    Only if it also loops. But tbh I'm fine with html5 the way it is.

    AFAIK it's all basic HTML functionality. We just need a tag where it's on by default.

    added h5loop, unlike h5video it auto-plays, its muted and loops. here's an example:



    do keep in mind that you can still access the controls by right clicking it

    Entrox, this is an issue I have with different browsers no matter if I'm logged in or not:

    Embedded YouTube video doesn't go full-screen. It is really annoying, every time I have to go to YouTube to watch it.

    Happens to me and tekai, Firefox (both logged in and in private mode) and chrome (default settings). Help!

    The uploader can disable being able to go fullscreen for embedded videos.
