    3 matches for top16.

It would be 2 for a straight knockout but the AT is double elimination so losers bracket is still I'n after three first match.

Neat. If you get in the top 16 you get:
    20 plex ~980mil a pop = 19620 mil
30 Ship skin, probably worth over 5 Bil: 150Bil

So after 3 matches you have ~180bil or more.
If you are 18 people in your team that is ~10bil for each person. Not that bad.

I hope CCP finds the time to do another pass on the AT prize ships for this year. Lots of great recommendations were made. Without another pass these will likely be the most disappointing AT prize ships in quite a while.

    I just read the changes:

Secondly, due to the new skinning system, the Battleship prize SKIN has been replaced with a Sansha SKIN license that can be applied to all Sansha ships (excluding the tournament prize ships). The number of SKINs awarded per series won will remain the same at 10 per series.
Does this mean CCP might fix the SKIN system by making SKINs that apply to more than one ship?

Logibro mentioned on reddit that the prize ships will get some changes before the AT.

    IMP
The Imp is an advanced Sansha's Nation Interceptor intended for use by forward parties of True Power's feared harvester squadrons. Able to penetrate even the most intense blockades, hunt down stragglers or simply hold ships while waiting for the main harvester force to arrive, the Imp is yet another case of Sansha's Nation technology improving on existing advanced hardware. Like most Sansha's Nation equipment the few captured examples of the Imp have proven to be readily adaptable for capsuleer use.

    FIEND
The Fiend was originally designed by Sansha's Nation as a Heavy Interdiction Cruiser for use by elite harvester squadrons as a means to capture and board ships typically requiring large crew complements. The advanced interdiction technology the vessel is equipped with allows it to generate warp disruption fields without impairing its flight characteristics. This allows these formidable ships to easily chase down and hold even the fastest vessels in the larger size brackets. As with other Sansha's Nation equipment the handful of captured Fiends in commercial hands have proven to be adaptable for capsuleer use.

Better, but no cigar. Would 30% AB velocity have killed them?
