Experimented with this a couple of times in our gangs. First impression is it's pretty fucking survivable, got out of a couple of situations where I probably would've lost a dreak. Cost effective? No chance, but it's a fun toy.
With links and cheap plugs, it goes 2.7km/s (or 3.9km/s w/ heat), and has 50km point/25km web.

Still feel more smug in a mach though.

I'm missing what you've gained for making it so slow before implants, and no photon hardener...

yours has 60% more EFT omni tank?
I only see 1200dps tank before heat with maxed tengu links, standard blue and no crystals.

    Re: Tengu

Idk, I looked at it again and everything I said was right. The biggest difference between mine and the Endless fit is the Electronics sub, which does make mine more vulnerable to teh falcon, but it ads a mid slot for more tank. Endless fit tanks 804/1114 on my EFT with links, std blue, no crystals, but mine has a Pith LSB which tanks more but uses more cap, an Invuln and a EM rig. I also fit mine based on mods I currently own, but if I replace the RCU II with the Officer one I can fit a 100mn deadspace AB (Core C-type) to up the speeds to 2780/4029 which is much better than with the 100mn cosmos AB (Analog Booster).

    Re: Tengu

I was forgetting the mindlink for the ganklinks tengu.

Snakes without the omega allows for a PG4 implant and to fit the best core AB on you fit, and to drop the officer RCU on endless's with faction cap booster and full T2 launchers.
I still think you might be better with an EM hardener and maybe an Op Solid rig, everyone shoot EM at a tengu, scorch has all that optimal, and you have a slightly better burst tank this way too.

Are you sure you spent enough isk on that fit? Might aswell get a deadspace hardener if your ship is pushing 2 bil.

    Re: Tengu

Talk to Genos. And if you're backing it with HG implants and 2 T3s of ganglinks, why not put a few bil into it, not like it's a super or anything.
As mentioned, you can cheapen it but you start losing parts of the incredible combo.

The cloaky tengu is out dps'd by both the loki and the proteus, and in both cases can out tank a tengu as well. I've personally not seen a reason why the tengu is viable in it's cloaky state tbh..

travel (+ dictor nullifier) and maybe as a cloaky heavy tackle, as a DPS ship its pointless.

Slightly less EHP and DPS but has a very handy web for GTFO and Interceptors, only major drawback is that you lose a load of sensor strength, i use it for low-sec i rarely see a falcon so not a major issue.
Saving for a LG Nomad set which i think will make the 100mn fits much more usable, brings the agility down to 12 seconds.

Think you've got enough going on without having to manage your cap and booster, i think the EHP is much more survivable and easier to fly.

Lacks web, which is your main anti-frigate tool. Personally I'd drop an LSE for a web, (ideally a 14km one ), then you can downgrade the ACR's to t1.

Better, but you're choosing to gimp DPS and sensor strength instead of losing some tank. Also needs a pimp web.

I'd say swap the nullifier for a fuel catalyst and gain 50 deeps + some speed, though I'm assuming you've used the dishonour sub so you don't need to roam with a scout. For WH ganks the fuel catalyst is definitely needed.
