    Have them orbit you? Unless you're using guns vs other frigates.

    Either depending on situation. If you're trying something like a hit and run, blapping things on a grid as they land and then needing to leave quickly, or you are dodging multiple fleets it's probably best to have them align to you next warp point. If you are properly engaging it's usually best to have them ball up on you so you know everyone in your fleet is roughly the same range from the enemy as you are.

    Depends on how you think of them, are they good or bad? If you left them on their own would they die horribly or do reasonably well albeit uncoordinated? If they are bad, have them orbit you close as that limts what they have to do, if not tell them the align point and to stay in range to you (usually calling out mwd cycles helps, and tell people off who are out of position).

    Also depends on size (generally with more you want an anchor)
