Yes, especially once you delve into the plethora of player created buildings/mods and what not for it.
Thanks. I got it, and for 2.5 euros it's hard to not be worth it.

Grabbed Sim City 4, at $5 it's silly not to I guess. Steam makes it way to easy to buy games, I'm up to 4 this week and counting

Yeah just get the standard one unless you really like paying extra for goodies, also weird stuff dlc's for me2 are only for sale through the bioware store as where for dragon age you can buy them via steam. Big :eapsyduck: going on there.

you can send money on paypal but it will charge you and the other person. its better if you just buy something for them using your paypal tbh.

True, but the US prices are always lower than the EU ones, so I never have the chance to give them something back.

Be careful if you gift a game from US to UK. People have had their accounts banned for doing that - steam considers it fraud bypassing the costs of the UK games.

Complete and utter shit, yes, but it has happened a few times.

Wait what? Any sources? Cause I've gifted to people outside US (UK and Aus namely) before and not gotten any shit.

I'm struggling to find specific sources, but most of my knowledge of that is people complaining that their accounts were disabled for doing that. What I have found is jillions of threads of people trying to figure out legal ways to circumvent that issue (ie proxies, vpn, etc), which does sorta lend credence to the whole 'steam doesnt like that' theory.
