Looks fine as it is, but I'd get 2x8GB to start with since you gain a fair bit of bandwidth from dual channel. PSU needs to be a new one, it says 750W on the side and it is Corsair but if it's older than 4-5 years I'd replace it. Or at least open it up and check for swollen capacitors, if everything looks fine you can still use it.
