The NK pull out isn't even the scariest thing to happen today.

Today Nunes and Gowdy were supposed to get a classified briefing on the FBI informant (unprecedented). This happened after Trumps tweet demanding an investigation into the investigation of himself.

The white house promised no WH attendees. Now we know John Kelly was there. Then they spotted Emmet Flood, Trump's lawyer that took over the Russian investigation on their side, walking into the meeting. Trump now has two people that can see investigation details, which is ongoing currently. What the fuck is going on?

    Edit: It is getting worse.

What Sarah Sanders said when Emmet Flood joined: “...will be joining the White House staff to represent the president and the administration against the Russia witch hunt.”

RUDY tells @dsamuelsohn that today’s briefing will inform Trump’s legal defense: “We want to see how the briefing went to today and how much we learned from it. If we learned a good deal from it, it will shorten that whole process considerably.” Exactly what Dems feared.
What happened today is completely unprecedented. Also sorry for the life of me I can't properly embed tweets.

I'm sure it's frustrating to be sperging about how someone said "no, not doing that yet" - but we've had 7 years to learn to pace ourselves after killing a block. And I dare say -- we've gotten quite good at it.

Sorry if it doesn't suit the armchair generals who have never committed to anything for more than 2 months, but by now we've learned that we really don't give a shit about what you think v0v.

Seems safe to say "unprecedented" is about all we get nowadays.

Also: Draft-Dodger-in-Chief wants to deport strong black native-born American citizens.
President Trump praised the NFL's decision to mandate that players either stand for the national anthem or stay in the locker room in a TV interview that aired Thursday.

And he questioned whether players who choose not to stand "proudly" should be in the country at all.

"Well, I think that's good," Trump said in an interview with Fox News. "I don't think people should be staying in locker rooms, but still I think it's good. You have to stand, proudly, for the national anthem or you shouldn't be playing, you shouldn't be there, maybe you shouldn't be in the country."

    ......

"You have to stand proudly for the national anthem," he said. "And the NFL owners did the right thing, if that's what they've done. I think the people pushed it forward; this was not me. I brought it out. I think the people pushed it forward. This country's very smart. We have very smart people. And, you know, that's something ideally could have been taken care of when it first started, would have been a lot easier. But if they did that, they're doing the right thing."
In an ideal world we wouldn't be so casual about corporations moderating the speech of their employees.

I always thought these uber classified meetings were being held in sound-proof rooms guarded by scary men with guns and retinal scanners and shit. Hollywood lied to me.

Does anyone else find Trump's manner of speech extremely jarring?
