That quiz puts me in the mobile middle, which seems about right. Household income in the higher percentile because :lawyer: but we don't own property or have much savings yet because my career is just starting.

If tell it I own property or have savings it gives me emerging affluent.

Established working for me, which apparently makes me a socially isolated pensioner. You are what you feel, I suppose.

Emergent affluent. I feel my teacher friends where probably holding me back there. Time to trim that friends list.

Did you adjust your income for purchasing power parity?

I’m American. I used the Big Mac index instead...

(I fiddled with the quiz a bit, your social connections have quite an impact)

This is the wrong Louis to use as a base image.

    This is the correct Louis:

Well he wants to be like Louis XIV but blunders like XVI.

    Mobile middle as well.

I assume its the lack of property or mortgages there of that keeps me down.

Mobile Middle, for me it's the lack of income currently, starting a business is hard.

TBH I should probably be lower than that, my annual income is probably under 10000 euro, I got like 3k in bank and the only reason I "have" real estate (I don't live there actually) is because when my parents die I'll inherit the flat.

Similar income and savings for me, but I already have property (inherited a flat from nan). So looks like, big surprise, our income is still the main deciding class qualifier.

I think I broke the survey.. Ticked the highest income bracket and second highest property value, got 'established working class'.. Presumably because there were no IT jobs listed in any of the job sections and the only people I know that don't work in IT are a teacher and a PA..

I think it means people you actually hang out with.. I hate people in general so I probably scored low on that but I don't really care.

I fully expect that most of us will be Emerging Affluent (ie fucking well off, but not proper rich because we still are working to build our wealth).
