So, instead of trying to block TrumpCare, Sandernistas are attacking Democrats for not passing utopian bills...

    What could possibly go wrong?!?!

It was a shit bill. Doesn't mean single payer is no longer on the agenda in CA.
They could have amended it, they didn't. The DNC has no intention of allowing single payer to succeed.

That's why Democrats say thing like 'I support single payer but...', because they're gaslighting their constituents.
California has a long and storied history of passing idealistic bills and laws then refusing to pass the taxation required to fund their ideals.
Amazing how California has a larger economy than even some nations with big populations and single payer, and yet somehow can't find the money to fund it.

    Really makes you think.

Well... their economy is highly centralized in specific places and the areas where "wealth" is generated has such a high cost of living people making twice as much as me have less money than me.

edit: also they are constantly low on water and on fire.

Our two residents "progressives" fighting with each other over their "progressive" ideas, as Republicans poised to fuck them both in the ass.

Excellent representation of politics in US.

Edit: even better representation of politics in US, seen along I-95 near Virginia:

This is OK for now, we need better catchment infrastructure though. Drought here is cyclical and climate change isn't really going to help this much, although we'll get a bit more fertile land up north.
