I was the Godfather. But the Mafia only came through thanks to my expert right hand men, all I did was play dumb until the end.



Cue, my Consigliere. His skillful manipulations kept the village off balance, while quickly determining who our biggest threats were and eliminating villagers.



And Tyrus, my Courtesan. His feminine charms kept the Sheriff and Vigilante... occupied.



GG was great fun.

GG Mafia. Going back through the thread, I never felt suspicious about anyone other than Cue, and him less so than nearly everyone else. It probably didn't help that I Leroy'd at Kai so early

Didnt help the village that I manged to convince the Vigilante, the Sheriff, Cabbie and a random Villager I was probably Mafia and still didn't manage to get myself lynched. It wrote off the first two days.

I checked you on the first night, and then failed to get my check in in time for the second night, and it was likely going to be Tyr or Toxic. I've been dead tired after work, so my posting was pretty bad this game.

Here's the funny thing, Toxic was swapping himself with Kai both nights *boggle*

I was fairly ineffective unfortunately, and with the Doctor voting with the Mafia on day 3 we didn't really stand a chance. GG on picking me on night 1 though Cue, and well played to Walrus, i was sure that the actual Doctor was going to claim at some point, and banked on it.

Yeah, good game, thanks Steph. My involvement was quite short, but I wouldn't have been much help to the village as I was consistently suspicious of the good guys.

Good game, I had fun.

So Toxic's reveal all roles play was a decent try, but it actually made it easy for us to win as we could just suppress the vigilante

Yeah it only works if the entire village claims their roles, which didnt happen.

I did say to Larkin that you must have a villager voting with you to continue your argument with me over the role claim. I thought Larkin might then be the mafia voting with us, and him having named Tyrus and me suspicious earlier, along with starting a vote against Tyrus, I figured Tyrus would be village if Larkin was mafia.

So we changed the voting target to Cue, I switched (or rather, was going to switch, if I hadnt been lynched) varc with Tyrus, and varc was to take a shot at legionaire. This would allow Tyrus to switch over in the last minute.

I revealed this last play to Walrus, stating that I wouldnt normally do this, but because if he was indeed the doctor then he would have had a terribly boring game, and might not be up for another round. I dont think I have to worry too much now

@Steph: what information did Lark get when he Sherriffed me / toxic? Just the 'Innocent' response or do you find out that you got redirected to somebody else and whether they were Guilty/Innocent?

Didn't make a difference, since both you and Toxic would appear Innocent to the Sheriff.

If the person you target is cab-switched, you don't know about it. That's the whole point of the role.

Cool. I was wondering if you'd get back a 'The person you investigated is innocent.' Or 'You investigated Toxic, they're innocent '. I wasn't sure, but you've cleared it up now. Cheers.
