I knew someone in corp that worked at company that salvages hd data. He said they could go into a lab and still get some data off broken platters but it would be fuck off expensive. So it would depend on how much the gov really wants that information. Skylar is really going overboard with this "I'm so depressed that my husband appears to be kind of a bad guy at times". She's going to cut her wrists and live then get over it or try and kill walt herself because he has become what gus was.
