When I was installing it that happened as well, but I left it alone for awhile and it was moving again later on.

yeah, the installer seemed a bit dodgy, but it got it done.

Ok, I've DLed the game and run the install, when I try to run the game I get the splash screen, then the game shuts down and my Region and Language options opens up?
edit: fixed it.
lol, seemingly the game will not let me use the word "Hell" in my name.
