How the hell does one just walk in with 8 rifles/firearms and two tripods? I mean one maybe but 8 is going to stand out at check-in for sure no?
Ok, you can check-in and then go down to your car and get the rest maybe but still, someone not noticing and going "hmm..." seems unlikely. Or is that so usual that no one cares. Not sure what would be more fucked up tbh.
No official word that all of our early attendees and staff accounted for (some had rooms on 32nd but all good), and its not 100% that we continue with the event, and some people already flagging they might not show which is understandable.

Been to Vegas once. I didn't stay at a hotel on the strip but downtown a bit further along the interstate. There were a lot of people walking around with gun bags and so on. Reason being tons of gun ranges around town (bonus of being the only real city in the area, lots of room) and the rest of Nevada being one huge ass military base. I'd recon nobody cares about people walking around with tons of guns.
EDIT: IIRC a lot of smaller gun makers are also based in Vegas, or have offices there, seeing how the largest gun trade show is in Vegas as well.
