Had a hectic day yesterday because the disk swapping guy at one of our datacenter was told to replace the 3rd and last disk (who were dead) from a huge raid array. He started counting from 0 and pulled disk 4 instead, cue the OS having a brown pants moment and going read only.
Today should be better, offsite to a client for most of the day. Tomorrow going driving to Bath and surrounds.
basically me this afternoon, except less talking ostriches and more consecutive screw-ups.
Altogether a shitty day to cap off a shitty week.
Just gotta slog through today and then a three-day weekend. Unfortunately slogging through today involves writing two web-stories, sending a newsletter, writing up a Q&A, writing up a mini-feature and writing half of a major feature plus a bunch of calls this afternoon.
But... tomorrow evening we pick up our puppy which is quite exciting and then I gotta spend the next two days stuck in the house with him as my wife is working all weekend before she has a fortnight off.

- 90% OF THE COUNTRY GOT PAID TODAY.
