By next year, that many rubles will be worth approx 13 quid.
Nah, it's still 65 rubles to the dollar, so the cost will be $717 million. Whether they have the money to do so and whether they can acquire the equipment necessary to do so due to sanctions is not known.

The same company that made the old combat mission games has one set in Ukraine in 2017 following a Russian invasion. It's pretty fun, though potato graphics.
