    It's not conclusive proof, exactly. I mean word has probably spread that the Donbas is not the healthiest place for a young Russian gentleman to visit these days, so possibly Wagner are just being all Ixnay On The Akhmutbay when it comes to where new recruits will actually be deployed.

    But it certainly raises an eyebrow.
