Russia are claiming to have shot down 2 Ukrainian drones en route to the Kremlin last night, the Ukrainian government are declining to comment.

Worth a try I guess.

Kinda looks like a false flag to "justify" full mobilization.

"What was air defense doing?!"
Maybe they shot down 2 but 2 drones hit Kreml and the roof was on fire for a while. Either way, doubt it was Ukraine and more likely local anti-ruzzian group or false flag.
Its also a very good way to blame security reasons for canceling a parade celebrating your military proves in the middle of a war showing that same military sucking ass.
I have not seen a good video of the second hit that shows what the drone looked like, but the first one sure did look/fly like one of those planes the ruzzians claimed had fallen from the sky around Moscow a couple of weeks ago.
That video also shows two people climbing on the roof, opposite side of where the drone exploded, unclear if they were climbing up or on their way down.

The drone didn't even carry enough explosives to damage the roof tiles.

There are a few possibilities.
First, Moscow is way beyond the range of any small drone the Ukrainians operate. This would have had to have been launched in country, and relatively close to the Kremlin, not impossible, special operators could make it happen.

Second, given the recent mishaps with Russian fighters accidentally dropping bombs, and missiles that fall off of bombers this could just be another typical day in the VVS, and they lost control of a drone. The explosion wasn't that big, could it have been a vehicle that was employed to do security surveillance, that either ran astray or was hacked?

Third, did the drone hit the spire not the dome, by coincidence or on purpose? Again, given the hapless nature of Russian military and security forces, it is entirely within the realm of possibility this is yet another unlucky moment for them.

No matter what this is about, it is a humiliating moment for Putin and the Kremlin. Regardless of where this drone came from this should not have happened.

Anyway, while the FSB have been having fun learning to use drones, apparently The UAF has been setting fire to every Russian military fuel depot they can find within 300km or so. Were I a betting man, I'd expect the next sets of targets to be vehicles/trains (already starting), then local ammunition supplies, then command posts, then a general counteroffensive.

I had a work meet with Ukr people today, 7 total, and they all had a good laugh about this so damn obvious false flag op.
General sentiment was that if the Ukr did that op and they were so in-ept and failed so bad the war for Ukr will be lost.

Nobody is taking it serious on Ukr side.

My Ukr friends tell me there is a extra long and strict military curfew in the Cherson area. Be on the streets and you can get legit shot from a extra extended time frame up to 15 hours a day. Ends may 7, they are all expecting the new offensive to start that date from Ukr side.

We will see but from their viewpoint the next 3 days will be extra spicy.
