We had https support? Never knew that. How did that even work with all the embedded sigs and other images not being https, did you just disable the mixed security warnings?

Using FF viewing stuff was fine, however the adv. ed was unusable and all the ajax magic was gone.

yeah, it would be completely impossible to make it 100% https, i would have to rewrite a lot of little things (like script calls) so they would actually use https instead of http but being 100% clear of warnings would require to kill signatures and image embedding which would be retarded

95% of the ajax/js for vB into https takes like 30 seconds to fix, but a bunch of things will break will tapatalk (they dont support https without some "tweaking", and its un-supported) and some other little tidbits.

the load balancer software i chose does have drop-in SSL support on the beta build but i'll stay on the stable build for the time being since i have plenty of things to fix anyways before i even thought about that.

Well you can proxy all the images through your own https > http proxy but it's :effort: and requires loads of bandwidth.

this will catch imgur or other standard ones.

We could probably get failheap added to the ruleset if anyone can be bothered.

i am not concerned about mixed content, i just want to secure the failheap stuff itself (scripts), i don't really care all that much about the rest

Is there a possibility to increase the size of the "go to last post" button? Enough space is avaiable ...
