Hollywood is an industry designed around selling hotness. Selling beefcake. Selling T&A. John Frakes is a horrible actor, but he was pretty damn handsome in his day, and was cast to provide that "Captain Kirk" beefcake role Patrick Stewart wasn't going to fill.
So of course some "misogynist" dickbag like Berman cares about tit size, because tit size sells, and good for Jerry Ryan that it does. That show created her entire career, she is literally where she is today because of Berman's taste in tit size.
Pretty sure Berman was also why Jolene Blalock was cast for Enterprise, and she couldn't act her way out of a paper bag but sure had considerable assets. She's a wealthy woman today because of it, despite not having any acting skill whatsoever.
When Hollywood stops endlessly converting models into "actors", maybe this all might matter more.
