Meds are adjustable to fit gang composition and personal taste, again haven't used one for a long time but it shouldn't have changed too much, I can foresee it having trouble dictating range if the oponent is using a shield cane or some other common thing and the super duper drake will give it trouble but I've seen people put it to great effect at times. This fit will absolutely destroy a shield Hurricane, since most of them are silly and like to try and keep range on you. Just overheat the MWD before he does and close in when he's at half shields - never been capped out by a shield Hurricane.

Can downgrade the DC II in order to fit on a small neut, although this requires pretty much maxed out fitting skills and I found I never really needed the neut when I fly it, although some people like to have one there.

For drones, use either Valkyries or the EC-300/Warrior combo, but I don't like having to swap drone flights depending on the situation so I stick with Valkyries for the explosive damage vs Minmatar T2.

Not if you are solo but you have to be smart about it (plate and rep is okay, 2 plates and a rep and you're prob doing it wrong)

This is my (old, as in pre nanonerf) shieldgank fit. With the boost of TEs, I think I'ma try the above fit with 2x TE II and dropping a 'sink. However, this was potent then, and is potent now. 611/682 scorch, 731/820 AN MF. Vespas because I dunno, Lazors don't do kinetic? Ah, moar dps than Valks, right, and deeps are life.

I don't understand where the cpu goes, you should be able to swap an adaptive for a heatsink or eanm with low fitting skills.

Conflag almost feels like a direct boost to this ship as most of the time it's fighting other battlecruisers that are armor tanked (helps that more of the distribution is therm), the cap booster eats the cap usage increase while running the repper np, and tracking doesn't feel like an issue in most fights between BC's.

Armor repper on a plate harb can overheat for the entire fight for most fights.
I've never seen the small neut make a difference but there are very few things to swap it for.

An attempt to copy a drake. Goal was 100kehp with 500dps+ Obviously shield> armor for buffer and the range doesn't compare to missiles. Losing medium drones damage under a gate is also more harmful than losing lights, speed takes a great hit etc. However considering that most fits posted here are around 60kehp it makes for a surprise and mainly loses speed rather than damage.

I also wanted an excuse to use QLB's with the new graphics.

Got 99.9k ehp w/o slaves, 531dps, speed is terrible and range is 6k/22k for inmf/aurora

Aurora is a poor man's scorch, shoots to 22k with greater tracking issues. INMF also out performs gleam, the dps is maybe 7 total for all the drawbacks. The tracking on QLB lasers is only slightly less than FMP. You'll get under 400dps without drones so while ecm's are perferable if your baiting or losing them under gate guns you take a big hit.

Bit of a bump for the Harb. We run lots of small to medium lowsec BC roams (10-50 pilots). We find in general, its best to keep the BCs medium range, and allow them to do DPS outside of web and scram range. I am looking at ideas for Harb fits for such fleets. Some of the Scorch HPL fits here look really nice, with respectable DPS out to 30km. However, the DPS drops off pretty quickly after that, and in larger fights 30km might be a bit too close to the action for what is still a relatively fragile ship. What about a HBL setup such as this:

The auto targetter (for extra locks) and SeBo are less than idea, but there isn't much room left CPU wise and I don't think it's worth using meta mods to fit a tackle/ewar mod in the mids. DPS is still pretty good, 460 or so with max skills, no drones and multifrequency. DPS @ 30km is about the same as the Scorch HPL setup, and the Beams can obviously hit out to a lot further - if needed.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
