Only played WvWvW this weekend, bit zergy at times but still much fun was had.

Queue times have been ridiculous for WvWvW. When you get in its just like DAOC pvp, if you hang around keeps landmarks you'll get zergy fights but if you put together a good group or two you will find fun roaming fights.

Been playing the shit out of a guardian, definitely going to be my main character of play. The party support and ease of switch to something mind numbingly fun is just amazing.

I was going to start the game as ele, as I absolutely loved it last beta weekend. Playing thief this time and oh god so sex. WHAT TO DO??? sigh

Less which you will play and more which 3 classes you won't tbh, 1 slot per race was pretty cool of them a lot of companies would have given you only 3/4 to start with.

Supposed to be playing Mesmer for my guild. Am pretty meh about the class, its not the most accessible to play. I'd much prefer to play ele like everyone else but we have 5 of them already :S

Then play ele. There is not a single reason not to play the class you want with the build variety they have put in. Heck, I'm sure you could even do a "tank" ele focusing on the shield and earth attunement.

I did have quite a bit of fun playing as a melee mesmer in sPvP late last night. Sadly it was an hr before bed so I didn't get a chance to play it more but it was the first time I felt like I was enjoying the class. Need to refine the build and work out how to spend trait points for it. Not sure how effective it will end up being in WvWvW (need a better acronym for that) which is what I will mostly be doing though.

Started playing a necro in PvP and discovered exactly how broken they are. I would often engage 1v2 and come out with a kill and be easily able to get away from the second or wait until a teammate arived(usually not far behind when they see a kill). Blood skills alone make it stupid, but add to that minions and virulence, it's amazing. Having even more fun on a necro than I was on a guardian.

I didn't "get" the whole Hunger Games finale thing so I spent the last hour trying to clear Brisban Wildlands. One vista short, welp.

In the end my sylvari ele reached 24 and I took an asura engineer to 12, enjoyed them both. With a norn warrior from previous betas that leaves the humans and charr still undecided for me. Currently toying with the idea of mesmer and ranger respectively, we'll see.

Tried Guardian this time and really liked that, this now gives me 5 classes I really like damnit. Thinking of going Thief, Ele and Guardian for mains and then do Necro and Engi. Havent tried Mesmer yet though.
