I have no idea. Tbh it almost feels like fantheory bait, even whether Deckard is a replicant can be up for discussion still i feel.

I liked it very much, with one exception: the score. Too much whaaa whaaa blaring over what was top notch cinematography.

Henchwoman seemed a bit shoehorned in, just to give the audience a villain to root against, but i can forgive that. Might have been better if she had had an actual (even if fake) personality.

Could have been cut down a bit certainly, but i wouldnt have wanted to completely miss the contemplative scenes that ate so much of the runtime.
Cut down? No, no, no. If anything it needed expanding. But maybe I'm getting too used to tv series format.
      Spoiler:
Whole replicant uprising. That scene is really badly written apart from the great reveal. 'They more humans than humans'...What the fuck...Who wrote that?

Well, i agree, i was like "who the fuck is that" since she only had one tiny bit in a scene earlier. And then shes supposed to be super important?

As you said, it could be a 6-episode 1hr each anthology, and that might be better, but as a movie it needed to lose some weight.

Just saw Blade Runner 2049. It was good, but I wasn't blown away so I'm a little disappointed tbh.

Hans Zimmer needs to wind his neck in.

I want to believe that that trailer didnt give away the big twist. Maybe she kicks in his shiteating grin again. Please?

Tbh they were pretty good last time around so I'm sure they're trying to get people to speculate and then do sth different for the most part. But then who knows.

Yeah I'm immediately filled with regret over watching that trailer.

An accurate representation of the film then, if TFA is any indication.

I'm betting on a Dark side vision thing a la Luke in the Dagobah cave. Seconding the fuck off to the stuffed animal product placement.

The screaming space penguin is cute. I suddenly have an overwhelming desire to go acquire a ~15 in. high plushy version of it.

Well I guess I now know the plot for the entire movie

Why do I still watch trailers when they all shove every single interesting scene into them

If only there was a way not to watch trailers. If only there was a way to not force yourself to sit there in torture for 2.5 minutes. IF ONLY!

    You are both right.

Trailers shouldn't spoil the movie so complaining is justified, but we all know that modern trailers spoil movies so you can save yourself from the problem by not watching trailers.

This. They're not going to spoil the movie in the first trailer.
