    I liked El Camino.

Mostly just a bit of breaking bad fan service, but enjoyable overall.

Not sure if this is hugely public knowledge yet but from Ian McDiarmids wiki page:

Not seen this in any shitty movie media yet but dayum!
"I think we could all do with sitting back a bit and detaching ourselves from the situation to really think about how these issues reflect on our future and how we discuss them here and be a bit less aggressive or defensive because everyone has a complicated set of circumstances that has led the to place importance on particular issues and it doesn't meany any of them is less valid, we just need to look at the broader picture"

Yeah, the video of him on stage for the new Star Wars made the rounds pretty widely.

Doesnt neccessarily mean too much, could just be voice work. My hope is that the movie is about the resolution to the Rey + Kylo conflict, not a "greatest hits". Keeping expectations to a minimum tho.

    saw Joker yesterday.

it's a good movie and surprising it got trough, suffice to say Hollywood accidentally stumbled into making a actual class-war movie, on one hand it would have been better without the comic book aspects, on the other i suspect it would never have gotten made unless it had that element.

it's not a comfortable, or funny to watch, but a very provoking one imo. it somehow captures something of the zeitgeist of the time, and it was clearly not the directors intent.

    1. Daring Scandinavian seafarers, explorers, adventurers, entrepreneurs world-famous for their aggressive, nautical import business, highly leveraged takeovers and blue eyes.
    2. Bloodthirsty sea pirates who ravaged northern Europe beginning in the 9th century.

Hagar's note: The first definition is much preferred; the second is used only by malcontents, the envious, and disgruntled owners of waterfront property.

    Why so serious?
