I agree, right now I'm a lvl25 guild and although I'm only a "social" member I still had some fun by improving my hunter, slowly starting to hit 20-30k DPS average in heroics and 35+ in raid-finder. As much as I hate to admit it...fuck hunters are still amazing. Trap launcher is great, so is camouflage. SV hunter has such an easy rotation a monkey could learn it and with aspect of the fox even a retard can have ok focus all through the fight, gold making is easy as hell, agreed, although I still haven't figured out exactly how to do it, mining brings me 1k a day when I do the dailies+a few gems. For me that's enough.

On the other hand resto/balance is easier on gear. But I much prefer being able to tank (although I can't play feral worth a damn, and it's obnoxious trying to learn not-really-rogue and not-really-warrior at the same time) if an alt has that option.
