Finally broke my deadlift drought to 170kg but with the upcoming holiday/working away from home I won't be able to work out for 2 weeks at the very least so hopefully won't lose too much progress

Also remember that swimming is pretty good cardio to, esp in between your lifting days, helps relax muscles if you take it easy or gives em a real workout if you go hard
