That aint the org Mom'n'Pop now is it?

I also got to question why TL considered moving as their fleet, from seeing KB, looks able to handle another 15 ships without much problems?
Unless the ones left on the wrong side of the hole was all EW and logis?

Yeah where's the logi? A few days later the same corp kills one of those Vindis in the same hole, when outnumbered, before all being slaughtered.

    Bizarre encounter in dangerous unknown!

While exploring our chain one of our scanners noticed a Dominix, Onyx and assortment of battlecruisers sitting in deadspace in a class 5 wormhole a few jumps away from our home system. After some obligatory foot shuffling and dilly-dallying we formed up a missile-spamming nano faggotry shield gang and moved down the chain towards the target class 5.

Meanwhile our prober had launched combats, managed to 100% the Domi on his first pass, and warped in to the location to assess the situation.
It turned out that the ships on scan were part of a Dark Matter Coalition (DMC) gang camping a high sec wormhole which they were using to evacuate their assets out from a connecting class 6. We placed an Arazu 40km off the high sec while our diligent prober dutifully located the C6 and provided a warp-in for our own Onyx.

Our hictor boated a few klicks off the hole after landing and cloaked up as we settled down to see if something juicy would jump in from the C6. Unfortunately we quickly grew tired of skulking and blew our cover when a Noctis arrived on the hole and caused the hictor to prematurely blow his bubble. Needless to say we were disappointed with the catch and were trying to come up with a way to pull the DMCers off their high sec when our Arazu reported that an unaffiliated Hound had jumped in from the high to the C5 and was promptly bubbled, destroyed and podded by the campers.

It became apparent however that the Hound pilot was actually a resident of the class 5, and in a swift retaliatory display of authority one of his esteemed corp mates from the Federated Suns warped an Archon to the high sec in an attempt to run DMC off the hole.

Sensing imminent hilarity, our gang flooded into the C5 and rushed to assist our hero Arazu who had decloaked to point the Archon. The DMC campers quickly fled the scene as we loaded grid, leaving us with the regaling task of taming the raging carrier. However as we were mobilizing our only active dread pilot into making his way down the chain, a pair of Moros' landed abruptly on the high sec, protectively flanking their fellow capital pilot and flaunting their arrogance.

Our squad of nimble BCs and T3s quickly moved to spread points over the three Fed Sun capitals and started whittling away at one of the dreads. Progress was smooth at first with our pilots' focused firepower aided by the Magnetar effect of the class 5. However the combined DPS of the Archon's fighters and Moros sentry drones managed to down our tackling recon and two Drakes (with some bewildering assistance from a few DMCers who had warped back in at range to set ecm drones on us).

We eventually managed to stabilize our fleet as our hictor reshipped to a scimitar and the FC began broadcasting fighters to shoot down. Inevitably both dreadnaughts entered siege and the engagement turned into a stalemate, with us unable to break through their stronted rep cycles with our relatively low numbers.

At this point however our Revelation had navigated his way through the chain to us and made the calculated decision to warp at 40km to the Moros' in an attempt to out-range their blasters while still being able to utilize high damage crystals.
This gamble proved effective and despite the fact that it was a 3 vs 1 capital slugfest, our lone Rev managed to melt away the opposition - annihilating the Archon in just under a minute, while remaining stalwart and exchanging heavy fire with the twin Moros' to ultimately emerge battered and bruised in 1/3 armor. Additionally an opportunistic DMCer who had initially sided with Fed Suns (losing a BC in the process) decided to reship into one of his recently evacced battleships and jump back into the fray in an attempt to whore onto as many capital killmails as possible, only to be locked up and volleyed by the Rev.

Moral of the story: warping your capital ships to a high sec wormhole can be hazardous to your wallet, and more importantly, good things come to those who don't wait.

Just watched the video and I think it's fair to say that Rooks & Kings had you out-matched. Your inability to adapt on the fly cost you the fight it looks like - several times your Bhaalgorns complained about being jammed out by ECM drones (as well as what I assume to be an ECM Tengu flown by leyo - hi buddy!) which could have been solved by simply refitting one Bhaalgorn to smartbombs and then feeding capacitor to him via the Archon.

At that point, you would probably have been able to finish off neutting that Archon - it was mentioned that the Archon was at 8k capacitor at one point. Considering a Faction Heavy Neut from a Bhaalgorn drains 1080 capacitor per cycle, that means just 1 Bhaalgorn able to work its magic would have neutted out that Archon if it hadn't been jammed and at that point your DPS would have smashed their fleet down easily.

Also, I'm surprised you went for primarying their heavily resisted T3s instead of either the Archon itself or one of the Bhaalgorns. Whilst the Bhaalgorns presumably have a bigger buffer than the T3s, they have much lower resists and would have forced the Archon to run more reps to keep them up, as well as being larger targets and thus more vulnerable to your DPS.

Actually, another question - what the hell was your Revelation doing once his Siege Cycle ended and he was capped/repped up? Personally, I would have warped him off and then back in at range and re-sieged, with some of your T3s swapping points for Target Painters and lighting up one of their Bhaalgorns like a Christmas tree for the Revelation to attempt to break through. That would have put additional capacitor pressure on the Archon and would almost certainly have been enough to cap him out or lose that Bhaalgorn which would have eased the pressure off your own cap chain massively.

Final note, that Archon pilot was excellent. Once your ships started dropping/leaving the field, I just skipped to the end and was incredibly surprised to see the Archon inside your POS - kudos to that pilot for an fantastic escape!

In a wolf-rayet wormhole, with a bonusing command ship and some pimped resists fitted, the resists of the baalgorhn is not so different from t3's ones. Maybe the t3 will have an advantage due to signature. Trying to instapop some key-support before the carrier is in place / have locked his mate, is not out of sense. It's harder to do in a wolf-rayet system tho...

You seem to ignore the fact that the fight started off with RnK at full strength vs a fleet forming up warping in 1 by 1. That is almost the same as an ambush. RnK had the upper hand in the energy warfare from the start. Impressive come back by RnK after the dc. I think both sides just need to say gf in local and look forward to the next face off.

You don't need to be french to join RnK, only guillotine therapy - their WH specialists - are le francais. The rest of them are a mixture of TZs. They are also a good bunch of chaps and chapesses, except PA who is clearly a noob () so if you fancy playing the game how they play it then throw an app in. Hell fairlight even let Apple Boy in!

This is just generic cocksucking btw, whilst I'm in awe of their level of organization and dedication, pro cap warfare really isn't my bag.

OK who pissed of starbridge? 13bil a pos? I came across a starbridge WH not long ago with at least 50bil of bounty in it

Can anyone verify if this is a troll or bait?

I hope they don't get kicked out of w-space completely, they always give gf when we bump into them.

Narwhals were apparently bashing them about in various W-systems, or at least that's the word around the campfire.

Saw Starbridge the other day when they had this lot camping a highsec wormhole, trying to catch (no joke) an Osprey that was jumping back and forth. They seem pretty big on terrible baiting too - saw one of them in a Broadsword at 0km on a planet recently.

Given the numbers they seem to throw at things I'm not that surprised that they have eventually rubbed someone up the wrong way, but to their credit they don't shy away from fights. That could just be of course because it seems they have so many numbers available.

The "DRF of wspace" is a pretty accurate comparison.

    No web loki?

That they're still doing that RR tengu blob shit is reason enough that they should die. An OP & tedious to fight DPS + Resists + RR + Cap regen combo, imho.

If that's not trying to bait somebody that's damn tempting bounty.

Massive isk and could lead to awesome and hilarious orgy action with Aharm, Narwhals, RnK et al dogpiling capfleets.

If only eviction ops didn't involve weeks of tedium (and I was subbed and in a corp, and had any assets...)

A 2-hours fight on a wormhole in their system. Not sure there will be a battle-report, as the fight last very long, and only a few of us had the chance to be on the field from the beginning to the end. It has been frapsed tho, so if ever someone of us has enough courage to write a br from it, that will probably take him some time.
But yeah, it was hell of a fight.
