Decided I'm going to train up Amarr. Can someone explain the different crystals? I could look it up but I'm lazy

You only need faction MF, T1 standard and scorch.

They're very similar to hybrids, just varying the range, cap use & iirc slightly fading from 1 damage type to the other.
Conflag's also worth it now in some cases, mostly just navy multifreq and Scorch though.

I'm going to say you want at least Standard and Radio or IR in the hold as well. Radio/IR are for when you need to zap stuff at long range but can't afford the tracking hit from scorch/aurora. Standard is for when you need a bit more tracking than scorch at a bit less range, but still more than you can get out of MF. MF is your facemelt ammo, and Scorch should be your default ammo for most fights.

The biggest use for T1 standard is structure-grind, it does the best dps for the cap and t1 lenses don't melt even after shooting at a damn station for 6 hours straight... (you brain might melt)

Will multiple Tracking Disruptors affect a target? I had two loaded with a Tracking Disruption script, and they kept deactivating when I'd put them both on, but would work fine with 1 Track/1 Optimal script

Stacking penalty but they should both work at the same time with the same scripts.

Thread not necessary. The CSM has been disbanded since no one plays Eve.
