I think someone did the calculation and worked out that the gross return to CCP to date for all the work that they've put into the NFT nonsense was ~$39

I don't disagree, my point was that the game is so far gone that even "fixing citadels" won't bring it back. Plus, "fixing citadels" is a much more complex endeavour than the two words describing it, remember CCP has issues even with the simplest fixes.Citadels killed lowsec.
