I've been on a crêpe binge lately, because they're fucking delicious, easy as fuck and you can put so much in them,
I've been making both savoury and sweet ones, but mainly savoury because they're tasty and I can just have a big savoury crêpe for lunch or whatever.
I've been enjoying tuna, sweetcorn and cheese; but my favourite so far is spinach, ricotta and mushrooms, with a bit of garlic and nutmeg.
Does anyone else have some cool flavours to try? Pretty much anything goes in a crêpe I guess.
