Fortunately there's still bikes, which produce excellent races from time to time. Mind you, these aren't the days of 500's anymore, electronics are hard at work at moving the race from the rider to the engineers, but still there's good racing happening.
Not the best example but good racing isn't captured by a small gif anyway.
