the top blades complete one revolution for each captured frame, which makes it look like they aren't turning.
The lower blades are spinning slightly faster, which produces the spin on the body (both sets normally spin in opposite directions at the same speed, cancelling out the torque effect) and the slow turning effect.

Well you see, oxygen serves as the terminal electron acceptor for the electron transport chain that occurs in the mitochondria of our cells. The electrons are used to move hydrogen atoms to the intermembrane space of the mitochondria where they are used as part of a chemical gradient to drive ATP synthases on the membrane to generate ATP, which is the primary energy source for processes in our body.
The first part is something about a pH gradient in our lungs due to low pH allowing hemoglobin to pick up oxygen and release carbon dioxide or something, I wasn't too good at the biochemistry end of that.
