Elder Scrolls V - Clearly better than DayZ

Extended trailer is out, don't know if anyone has seen it

    http://elderscrolls.com/

I for one cannot wait for this title, as I thought Oblivion was pretty good (not the best, but still worth the money) and will be needed something to spend my time on since ME3 is delayed

    Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Trying to not get sucked in by the marketing, I'm trying to keep my expectations low. Oblivion ended up being okay but for the most part a disappointment, probably because I overhyped it for myself. If all else fails, I'll have the PC version so the modders will make a proper game out of it at the very least

Hopefully won't be as dull as oblivion. For such an epic scope, the game is very dull to play.

The big question is - did they learn from the auto-leveling enemies disaster of oblivion or not?

New Vegas and Fallout 3 says yes.
    Viking, n.:
    1. Daring Scandinavian seafarers, explorers, adventurers, entrepreneurs world-famous for their aggressive, nautical import business, highly leveraged takeovers and blue eyes.
    2. Bloodthirsty sea pirates who ravaged northern Europe beginning in the 9th century.

Hagar's note: The first definition is much preferred; the second is used only by malcontents, the envious, and disgruntled owners of waterfront property.

Well it may be because it had the same engine but wasn't the nude mod for NV out before the game was officially release, if not the second after?

That's because it was basically a FO3 mod, a very buggy mod. Skyrim is using a different engine than oblivion/FO3 used.

Without the faggy console hate reply, I would say get what you have the money for. If you don't have the money for a new rig, then I would go with the 360 option. If you do, then get a new PC since there is more PC gaming goodness coming out such as Witcher 2.

My purchase of a 2000 quid gaming rig last week has paid out AGAIN, literally in love with it and graphics
