Battle Badger OP
Hey guys.
This shit is coming up.
Please PM me so I can get contact details out to people as necessary.
Also if you're local PM me bar suggestions.
I can't decide whether I want to be...
Yes we will be drunk
You areee soooo bad.
PM me your availability, I'm taking off July. We can arrange alternate perhaps.
No, TEST really are that retarded
Then again, since Fweddit signed up with the CFC it's entirely possible that a large proportion of Dreddit is now made up of double agents
For which side...
Mind blown.
Never realized just how long it'd been out.
Frigates basically all operate in your kill range, you don't need to go to them really. they'll be aggressive until owned in a small gang situation, and in larger fights plenty of frigates are not...
wasn't it just last page somebody mentioned non-sperging FCs getting burnt out in a week?
edit: if you really want to herd cats, try FC'ing for Providence.
Worst case we'll help you recover Saturday evening. Assume you can drive later, maybe join us for beerfest, etc.
For the sake of logistics, I'd suggest PMing Cue1* (if he's okay with that) or coordinating with other people to consolidate the number of hotels that we're operating out of.
Gun damage is still p. shit.
Megapulse Apocs project to ~83km optimal, so you basically get the 303 damage at aurora ranges as your significant bonus when fitting Dual Beams, but that's not ~that~...
One carrier on the edge of the shield.
Quackbot plays EVE now?
Also properly identified carriers as the proper response to a discussion of logistics. WP Quackbot.
TBH none of the navy BCs seem that impressive. They all strike me as frigate/cruiser killers.
They're "better BCs" but at their price, battleships are just "better than Navy BCs" with slightly...
not impressed. Faction scram/web... getting in brawl range that tank/ehp number combined with piss poor dps would virtually never beat a standard BC.
Have fun killing T1 cruisers.
Don't think you need to slap an RF point on it for effectiveness' sake, that said, I don't think the XLASB is really going to defend you that well. It may in small scale, but it'd be extremely dicey...
You were under the wrong impression.
Huh I thought it did too.
I think the correct statement is "it doesn't stack against anything, in the same manner as a DCII"
Not "it...
I don't think that's the intent but I think it's possible to read it that way?
The point that there's already a code snippet for "same grid" p. much precludes this from being a problem IMO.
Ancillary Shield = No Cap while charged, massive boost, HUGE cap use when charges drain. 9 Navy charges (always use smallest navy charge that will fit) in each. They are fairly powerful but were...
Inb4 Garmon ragequits again?
I thought they were only allowed to have one in, or are they running as "independent" teams? ;)
CCP is just providing the rope, as they did last year.
Was told earlier everything was borked... launcher, etc., fixed now?
I ran all the numbers for smartbombs, you really want 2 (also you want them to be kinetic, unless you're faction SBing, in which case, thermal)
I'll post the spreadsheet soon(tm).
The key is to move quickly, split gangs, and not linger.
All things made much harder by toting along links.
I know how it's supposed to work. I'm saying those perceptions encourage the...
I like Dutch's idea. I would not mind T3s being jack-of-all-trades-nearly-simultaneously and master of none. You'd still have a significant adaptation bonus.
First, I think it's telling which T2...
Find me a non-frigate active tanker that works really good without links.
Part of the issue is that people engaging the active tanker vastly overestimate the amount an unlinked active tank ship...
