if you're trying out pvp it's generally in frigates in which case only a couple of mill SP out of the 50+ that the vet has is going to even have an effect. There's nothing newb unfriendly about...
Sure when fitting tank with a low number of slots dedicated to tank but soon as you reach 4 or more (including rigs) I think gall becomes a better tanker with less stacking.
