See, I'm still left with the impression you're thinking yards not feet. 25 yards is generally the "official" longest range a pistol can accurately hit. Obviously amazing marksmen carry that out a lot longer, I've seen someone hit a steel plate at 1000 yards with a .223, but that's well beyond it's range. 25 yards isn't hard to hit, it's required to be able to hit a target at 25 yard by both the US Navy and North Carolina's Justice Department(I don't think I'd be wrong to assume most other states' law enforcement governing departments).
Since you're suggestion is actually illegal in the US, a Kel-Tec SUB-2000 would be a much better example of what you're looking for.
