I thought you knew how to into military. paratrooper is the home of the crazy and/or stupid people that jump out of perfectly good airplanes. This includes infantry. The proper term you are looking for is "leg" or "POG" depending on airbnorne certification. "Leg" is someone that is not and never will be airborne qualified and is quantitatively inferior in all aspects, especially in relation to the 82nd airborne parade division. "POG" is parachutist On the Ground, this person is a soldier with airborne qualifications who no longer serves or never served in an airborne unit. "POG" is also used in a derogatory manner towards those people within an airborne unit who are not "real" soldiers like accountants, cooks, whatever.Quote:
