My dad has an underfolder. He ended up fabricating a bracket to hold an M16 stock then tacked it on. Reasoning was the underfolder was the most uncomfortable stock he had ever fired. Had to agree as only part of the buttstock made contact with my shoulder, it was non-adjustable so any armor or extra webgear was a pain, and you could never really get a decent cheek wield to shoot. I guess that's not an issue if you're a conscript charging a machine gun and firing from the hip.Quote:

Firstly you both are gay. Most people say AK stocks are too short (to compensate for winter uniform).Quote:

Tac light, 6 year on a single batter red dot co-witnessed to trit sights, better grip, left side charging handle, better adjustable stock for normal people with different length arms, and an adjustable two point sling all in a compact package.
Guess who makes a telescopic yet unfoldable stock? Retards do.
Is it so fucking hard?

AR15 hemmorage keeps plaguing white people rifle acessories. Awful.
Also have you heard about custom stocks? Because telescopic are for niggers who can't order one.
P.S.: Linking retards doing retarded things is cool! Sadly that video has nothing to do with AK itself.
thats travis haileys (sp?) beta project Ak right?
That's correct, although a lot of guys have modded theirs along the same lines. I've only had one opportunity to play with that lightening bolt and it's NIIIIICE. No more having to go under or over to charge the rifle.Quote:

Thanks, captain obvious. Why not combine both?Quote:

There was nothing wrong with the stock though.Quote:

Solution to retarded AR15 action spring placement was indeed expensive but worthwile and LR300, if not popular, is still in production. 2k bux is not such a high price if you plan on hoarding 9001 expensive accessories for it.
Bottom line - if you want quality and reliability get a fucking SIG or HK. Rugged action and cheapness - AK.
A reliable folder requires and inch worth of metal to form the folding action. It's extra bulk for the ability to fold. You could go thinner but you loose out on reliability which not even the Russians nor Germans are willing to do. It also adds more complexity to a simple item and is why it's so rare to see both at the same time other than a "Bubba" gun.Quote:

Why would I want to drop $2k on a standard rifle that doesn't offer anything other than non-standard parts and the usual German "special snowflake" fuckup? After the last m416 fiasco, everyone is waiting for the first m27 IAR to go boom. Seriously, how the fuck can you fuckup magwell dimensions that have never been an issue and been in production for 40yrs? P-mags, Surefire 45rd and 60rd, and ironically HK polymer mags won't work in it either. Pretty much anything except the crappy USGI aluminum and HK steel mags will work it in. Good luck suppressing with 30rd box mags. It worked so well with with the L86. But..it's an HK and we suck and they hate us.Quote:

HK doesn't care about the civilian market. Big surprise. In Germany, there is no civilian market for their automatics. As such they have no culture of dealing with a civilian market.
Some people are just bitter.
God forbid they learn to market to foreign markets like every single other corporation.
