Went to the range tonight and am currently waiting for a plane to Vegas and the SHOT show. Will upload pictures of my toys at some point soonish and pics of the show when I return on Friday.
Is it worth it to buy a new rifle or save a bit of cash and get a used one from a gun show/whatever? Hunting rifles mind you, not penis compensators.
Just get a Savage Hog Hunter in .308, the new price is so low, used doesnt make sense.

TMA: handgun lasers
I'm considering getting one for my Glock 19, partially for fun, though it is great for training and might be better than iron sights in stressful situations because it points the aiming mechanism on the same plane as the target.
There are lots of options out there, and though I'd like one that wouldn't interfere with my holsters, a flashlight/laser combination might be nice. Are lasers like the TLR2 zeroable? Does the aim point shift between shots?
Any info/experience is welcome, tons of options out there
Get a light, far more useful than a laser. Lasers are a gimmick, lamps are useful. If you want to achieve what you ASSUME to achieve from a laser, get a red dot sight that is co-witnessing with SD irons (that way you have sight redundancy with the advanteges of red dot).
This is how that looks like http://oi66.tinypic.com/14oalbt.jpg
I've had a red dot on the glock, it was pretty nice but it is a bit too fragile for what my handguns go through
So guys are we not going to talk about how the front grip appears to be installed backwards at all?
Edit: disregard my post I like dicks. Found a picture of it installed like above.
The ribbed part is forher pleasurethe thumb not slipping.
