Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's actually a Mk. 14 EBR. The rails for the telescoping stock and the flash hider are pretty distinctive.

Fins are farther back from the warhead, correctionals are closer. You seem to be retarded.
Yea, I wasn't paying attention to the stock. You're right. I tagged it as an m21 since the SEALs have been making great use of the m21 lately without paying attention.
As childish as Razor is, I do believe that missile looks like the AA one and not some strange experimental cruise thing.
Its some kind of SM/RIM-66. Its just a case of some weird angle and shitty resolution.
The one on the right we are arguing about is not a cruise missile or an anti-aircraft missile, its an RIM-161 SM-3 Blk1 anti-missile missile (it shoots stuff down in space). Still in the standard missile family though.
Here is another pic of the same launch.

Missile on the left is an SM-2MR BLK 2 or 3.
Razor incoming to tell that "fin structure" means the whole solution, not an exact layout.
For instance Su-27 and MiG-29 are very alike in that department: both utilize the same aerodynamic scheme and launch horizontally.
Also low angle.
P.S.: That funky 9mm round is designed to pass water without losing as much speed.
Heh, gotta say I'm with RazoR on the minimalist approach...though I'm a huge fan of the ar-15 as a platform. I don't have enough hands-on with an AK47 for direct comparisons, but I've shot plenty of 7.62/.308...enough to know that those platforms are inherently heavier with inherently more recoil. While I adore my m1a, if I had to choose a weapon to live with every day under some manner of duress, it would be an ar-15. Guns are way down on my list of things to purchase these days, but I can dream.
the m21 is an m14 with its fire selector removed and a match grade barrel installed. that being said it is and m14 you can see the fire selector by the guys nose. also just because a guy is running round with a tacticooled up mk18 it doesnt mean they are SEALS as many people use them such as the green berets and Airforce security (as the CQBR)

American nomenclature is fucking confusing. Why not M14NMA3?
Still a really awesome update.
Not as sexy as SVU-AS but nothing is perfect.
