Woo my tax stamp for my suppressor finally came in! Best present ever. And it only took 6 months...
Hope i can find subsonic 9mm during this panic buy
Yea I did it one handed... With not that bad of results at 7yds
The vast majority of defensive firearm usage happens at 7 yards, give or take.
Not to mention he just got the gun. Give him time to get some trigger time in.
Well it's just that americunts laugh at russian normatives of 25m for Makarov.
"lol markov is an excuse of a pistol round so weak it can't hit anything past 5 meters lololol"
Measure any room in your house or office, exclude the hallway.
Most of those rooms are under 21ft (7 yards).
That being said, I do practice at 15yds and 25 yds. So far at 25 yards I consider "success" as hitting the paper plate sized target more than half the time.
Yeah but schools tend to be bigger :razor:
but compared to other modern alternatives the markarov is not a better choice, still a choice but not better
What do you actually use that for, out of curiosity?
(And I'm a Pro-2nd Amendment Guy, so No Hurfablurf Required, just curious as to actual real world use for such fancy add-on heavy low-calibur rapid-fire weapons. I'm more a Classic Revolver and Rifle man myself).
Shooting varmint.
Most people use them for home defense though I'm not a fan(I'd rather a shotgun). Some people use them for varmint but his doesn't look like it's built for that.
Bullshit. One 9x18mm slug(just the damned projectile!) Is 6g. 6x8=48 48+730=778g and that's not including the shell casing or powder.
the thing from the buzz buzz
Home defense, recreation and eventually hunting.
It's a great hobby, I need to find a place for winter shooting that allows me to bring my own targets like the gong and dueling tree's.
The .22 is largely recreational and by far my most used.
Who gives a shit though?
Maybe its because i used to carry a 4.2kg G3 around but i honestly dont see the big deal about if your carry gun is 0.5 or 1.5kg..
Makes no difference in terms of encumberance, and as far as shooting goes, i have always prefered heavier stuff regardless of caliber, not just due to controlability etc but also due to the beefier feel of a heavier gun.
I use 20 gauge shotgun for varmint/squirrels, and .30-30 or mauser 8mm for deer.
