Max level is 60, you can do 3 stats to lvl 20. With legendary gorilla arms you get +8 to strength tests (white is +1, white+ is +2 etc).

Crafting ammo is so cheap. Should always find a downtime in a gig to craft more and make sure you are always topped off before you got into a fight.

Perks are build enablers. Guns are cheaper to update, and keep relevant compared to old system. Real potency now is in Cyberware.
