Just leaving this here.

A spreadsheet i was working on for minera compression, you type in the minerals needed, run the solver plug in and it gives you how much of which item you need to build.

I didnt have a chance to use it since im just a grunt on my current alliance (Anyone need sort of an indy player? haha). Anyway, should be mostly accurate giving me rates of compression of about 90-95%.

Props go to whoever it was that did mineral compression, i stole his table of items and went from there

Anyway, here it is:

That would be me. You're welcome - my means of compression have never been a secret. For free, I will also tell you that it is very seldom worth using anything else (ignoring items with identical volume & mineral content, e.g. Tachyons vs. 425s).

This is quite similar to how I started out, but I found that solver isn't really up to dealing with this particular problem. I would wager that given any compression scenario, I can match or beat whatever solver returns, in some cases by a considerable margin.

That said, I applaud the effort you've put into making the sheet and your sincerity in making it public.
