So the holidays are over and everyone's starting to drift back into action.

Doctrine. is currently looking for highly skilled, motivated and FEARLESS. combat pilots.

Who we are

We currently consist of approximately 30 individuals spread across US and EU Timezones (around 35:65 in terms of ratio at a guess). Many of us are very high SP individuals with experience in all forms of Eve warfare, from the depths of WH space to the space fortresses of 0.0 to the merciless boards of Eve-O.

What we do

Our predominant activity is running lowsec incursions to boost our wallets, it's pretty good fun and brings in around 130mil/hour. While dicking around making isk we even find the opportunity to kill others seeking Jew Gold every (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=47) so (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=125) often (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=247).

We also run the occasional PVP op which usually consists of us roaming lowsec in a carefully constructed gang format only to get no kills whatsoever, although there's the occasional amusing occurrence (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=277).

What we offer

A chilled out, relaxed but professional atmosphere. No bullshit on comms, everyone knows when and where they can talk, have banter and troll each other and when it needs to get 'serious'.
Frequent planned PVP operations (2-3 times a week) and there's usually a couple of chaps out ruining someone's face.
A very good, steady income stream. If we don't have a fleet out doing Lowsex incursions there's usually a few dudes running them in highsec.
Good access to PI. We have our own POCOs set up in and near our HQ covering a spread of all planet types with extremely generous tax rates (even, if I may add, for non members).

What we require

Mature, chilled out, professional pilots with a thick skin.
Ability to fly a variety of combat vessels. I won't put hard limits on things (but if I had to I'd say 25 mil+), we assess everyone on a case by case basis. Note that we exclusively use armour based war vessels for incursioning.
PVP experience with a reasonable killboard history.
Ability to keep your sec above -5.0 and preferably -2.0 is encouraged.
Arts and crafts supplies.

Those who have been in corps run by me before will vouch that I'm pretty honest. I find that the key to keeping directors loyal is to make sure that corp funds are spent on the members before they accumulate too much.

It is potentially a great deal of isk into the coffers and final rate will need tweaking. I have plans for it which will ultimately mean more profits for those involved who join me early (ps none of which involve supercaps for me).

Holy Lark, this is the shit. I have been looking at incursion fits and fleet compositions for like 10 days already. Just got a guardian + fit for my alt. Armor > shieldfags 8-)

I will 2nd Leboe's post (lol hi thar leboe) and ask for this - is it possible to take part in the whole thing while not being a part of your corp ( for now )? My alt in question is in a carebear corp right now, doing shitty sanctums and other anoms. The isk is good but its GOD DAMN BOORING. Sadly i need this (again - for now) because it gives me financial stability (isk for the guardian i got yesterday, covering losses for my main etc). Just resubbed and my wallet was completely dry (cant fit pimpships for incursions/pvp like that :( ). That and I often play at oddly hours so doing an anomaly or two would be really great till I get some capital.

Armor Legion was on my Skillplan but I went for minmatar FOTM. Can switch skills if I will be more useful with one such spacemobile, but im more looking for some Logi action right now (dedicated logi pilot with Logi IV lolz). Anyway, I will eventually train minnie cruiser (currently at 4) and legion till the end of the year. Not really sure what should I go for (too much crosstraining) but that's my general idea.


I got decent shield skills so I shouldn't be useless on roams (got Amarr and Gallente recons). Got a Loldeimos lying around too.




As I said my plans are to jump corps at some point but I cant afford to do it right now. What do you think? :)
In any case, im open to suggestions (what to train for) and if I must be in the corp to pvp/incursion I will just wait and post an app when im "ready".

You can join a PUG highsec incursion fleet pretty easily in a logi. VG sites take only a couple of minutes each and earn you 10 mil per site. You can expect to earn 60-100 mil per hour for as long as you care to play. You will always earn more than L4s with incursions.

Man Love Thursday#1 was a great success.

Started out in Amarr, terrible conga failure. 14 Drakes, 4 Scimis, 2 inties and a Loki Booster. 5 Doctrine. members, 2 potential recruits and the rest from teamminmatar and our public channel.

Headed out to some system called Faghaus or something and tried to probe some RnK missioning Paladins out. Weren't very discrete about it and failed hard.

Moved on and caught out some pirates. I baited and died horribly due to long warps and not putting my hardeners on but we won the ISK war (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=26). Fortunately FEARLESS. Space Pilot Villiar was willing to hand over his alt's drake to me so I could continue to lead the fight.

Took a break in Galnafsad where z0de pointed a hauler on a gate and got popped because he was misaligned (goodman). We went to wait out GCC at a planet only to have a Viator decloak on top of us (welp (http://murder.fearless-eve.com/?a=kill_related&kll_id=26)).

Sent a scout out to Gondista where he reported a gatecamp consisting of a Protus, a Sleip, some Guardians and Bingers. We went in in a staggered formation with inties leading the way but alas, due to a 100au warp we were only able to catch the Protus but no matter as within five minutes they had undocked as a BS heavy fleet with Triage support. We were able to drop a Scorp before their triage landed and nearly got a Domi down but reps went on him when he was in about 20% armour. We switched again to a 'geddon who melted despite being in range of the triage. We managed to bump two Abaddons out of Triage range and destroy them, experiencing some pretty bad desync along the way 'Hey, this faggot must be hacking, how's he getting reps at 70k?' in between shooting random shield bads who warped in on us. Unfortunately one of our logis got caught, followed in quick succession by two of the Drakes. Our logis weren't able to maintain reps between the gradually increasing DPS and jams from a new Scorp. At this point I called it and we bailed. Good fun was had by all and the potential recruits earned their wings.

Basically would average 75% resists and 50k EHP cut it for the Vigilant, and would dual prop blaster boats with bonused tackle work well enough, or should I resign myself to PvE in 10mn AB legions/lokis for this too? I only have that 1 hour highsec incursion experience with some of you, but the standard 80%, 100k ehp T3 seemed hugely overtanked, IDK if lowsec's different or if the full theoretical dps is far worse. I have flow daredevils in C5s for less-common PvE fits but that was with a very specific bonus and fleet, and they would still be volleyed if you/logis fucked up once, else they did dual 90% webs and 500dps.

Edit: Hei'di's Heavy Neutron Astarte can't be any better than a Proteus, unless they weren't there for the PvE...
OK that thing does good dps, but if it can tank incursions with a dual prop or just mwd off, then this is better (sig, buffer and tackle-wise), no?

Of the three, I'd gamble the legion would be what you'd be asked to bring, but drop off the 100mn ab for a 10mn. We orbit an anchor at whatever range (I go with 2.5k personally) to keep the fleet together so the extra speed from it is unnecessary.

I ran vanguards and even some assaults with a vindy that had no tank other than 2x invuln field II and a damage control. As long as your logi pilots aren't terrible you will be fine, though I would want armor link support and at least a lowgrade slave set for the vigilant.

We run 2 VG fleets in the same system.

That was a specific CTA. We can usually get enough with alts to do 1-2 fleets doing vanx. At most we 12 man sites. Goes quicker and better payouts than hisec.

Yes. But you're making 15 mil a site vs 10.5 in hisec which more than covers the loss of the LP (also, goons and test sometimes run the Lowsec MILF sites). You're also doing more sites per hour as you have an entire system to yourself and aren't competing with 4-5 other gangs so there's no sitting around waiting for a new site to spawn because they're all taken/there are none left in system. We've been consistently averaging about 120 mil an hour in lowsec including breaks and stuff.

Wouldn't surprise me. The common knowledge about how much EHP your ship has to have for example just to survive these things is way off so long as you've got logi pilots who arn't asleep. For vanguards anyway, I've had people ridicule me for 'only' having 34k ehp before gang bonuses on my loki, but honestly I feel like I could perfectly safely go lower so long as I've got doctine logi pilots behind me. For a group like R&K, I'd expect something similar to be true.

You can 4 hour it, but if you dont actually plex the account you 4 hour, you wont have that option in the future on that account.

Work around is to petition as normal if you do want to resub that char. Once the account has been subbed the 4 hours for PLEX thing becomes available again.

100mn AB loki would have been bad for incursions... :-PLegion ain't great either, Abso's something like a solid 25% better everywhere except for the 30-40km range, far cheaper too. But a shield Astarte (with AB but still talking about bad tracking situations) beats everything sub-BS including Sleipnir (just, and past 20km a rails Astarte is the best by a good 10%, Scorch is left in the dust). Hell, blaster fit it beats the Legion anywhere within 25km, by up to 80% more dps. All are 80% resists AB fits using T2 ranged ammo (except rails using T2 close ranged). Armour gang = Ur doin it rong.

Behold them all shooting a 150m target going 500m/s at 90degrees.

Start-up cost and gank-magnet-wise, T2-fitted CSs win. Also the shield Vindi dps was barely comparable on similar targets iirc, until the 90% web kicks in and it's >1300dps with Null. Poorer tank in every way mind. And locktime. Rails Astarte still pulls its weight when you don't have such tackle.

You don't really need range in vanguards, the rats get to you pretty damn quick. As long as everyone stays put you can use antimatter or even void to good effect. I was always on tama duty running OTA sites in my vindy and would pop them in one or two shots with void loaded even while the logistics tower was operating.

Also, a good armor vindy will have excellent resists and HP. My vindy was shield fit with nothing but 2x T2 invulns for tank, and was kept up easily by a pair of basilisks, but for low-sex incursions I would go armor just in case you get jumped.

100mn AB loki would have been bad for incursions... :-PLegion ain't great either, Abso's something like a solid 25% better everywhere except for the 30-40km range, far cheaper too. But a shield Astarte (with AB but still talking about bad tracking situations) beats everything sub-BS including Sleipnir (just, and past 20km a rails Astarte is the best by a good 10%, Scorch is left in the dust). Hell, blaster fit it beats the Legion anywhere within 25km, by up to 80% more dps. All are 80% resists AB fits using T2 ranged ammo (except rails using T2 close ranged). Armour gang = Ur doin it rong.

Behold them all shooting a 150m target going 500m/s at 90degrees.

Command ships with hybrids look ok on paper, but if you take a blaster shield astarte gang (lol) and an armor legion gang into an NCO, the legion gang will win hands down. Why? Range and lock speed. It's also about mobility: you're much more mobile with legions than with command ships.

Not to mention that they spawn 35km away and are frig size, and microwarpdrive around.

You can throw EFT figures around in some effort to try and prove that you're better than us, but what you're really doing is showing that you don't know what you're talking about and don't realise that those EFT numbers do not translate into effectiveness in-game.

It's about 8 minutes with T3s if you're paying attention with OTAs and NMCs. NCOs are about 3 mins a pop. We tend to run ours in low sec - we find T3s to be more maneuverable.

I'd expect a shield BC gang would still have a couple of lokis to web stuff at range. AB shield CS is almost as fast as an armour Legion, but the point is look at the green rails (who need mobility, Vindi fits lack even a prop mod) fit curve and see how it covers all of the blue legion's range and dps by a big margin, it's still hitting well at 40km and at ~25km it's 25% more dps.

Incursions, unfortunately, have a fairly high SP barrier to be effective. Also, we fly armor most of the time.

if you're serious about getting into armour incursions i'd recommend you train for a guardian. you'll need good support skills too. that's a minimum of couple of months pretty focussed, implanted, properly spec'd training unfortunately, but logistics is way more fun than it sounds and the hulls are cheaper than fitting a pimped out legion or whatevs.

once you've got a guardian sorted do some public highsec incursions. most run ship replacement programs providing you don't fuck up too badly. a week or so of that and you'll have a manly chunk of isk, will be able to fly a very useful ship and will have seen what incursions are all about.

give us a call then, expect to be trolled and be prepared to come pvp (the incursions isk is after all just a means to an end).
