Fix Oneiros and scimi?

* Lose Logistics Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to Tracking Link efficiency per level
* Gain Logistics Skill Bonus: 15% reduction in Armor Repair System capacitor use
* sig radius drops from 80m to 70m (same as guardian)

Scimitar:
* Lose Logistics Skill Bonus: 10% bonus to Tracking Link efficiency per level
* Gain Logistics Skill Bonus: 15% reduction in Shield Booster capacitor use

Rationale: Scimis and oneiroses are for very small gangs where a local rep makes some sense. Aiming to add local rep, but not encourage oversize boosting or dual reps.

Guardian and Basilisk have the option to offer two different things as a logistics ship, why should the Oneiros and Scimitar only have one?

Oneiros also has the Gallente disease, very little power grid. Which means it can't fit the same amount or remote armor repairers and have a decent tank and propulsion. So again, the Guardian will be the go to ship when it comes to armor logistics. So your idea makes the Oneiros go from ultra shit to just shit, an improvement, but still light years behind the Guardian.

Just because you haven't figured out a use for tracking links doesn't mean no one in EVE hasn't as well. There is nothing broken about their bonuses, they are just niche. And I enjoy the delicious tears when I'm in a TL Scimi boosting a Loki and he's shitting out 500 DPS at 30km like a boss.

- sigs need to be swapped for all gallente & amarr anyways. i'll stay on that crusade before going for any individual cosmetics ^^

- not a fan of pinning the oneiros down like that.... as a solo logi in a small gang, i prefer a shield booster and the low slots for some kind of nano excuse (2km/s), just to get into/out of range

- "increase capacity of capacitor boosters by 50% per level" instead of the tracking link bollox

other stuff:
- change cruiser drone bonus to (at least) +300% in order to get scimi's/onei's repping potential at least into the vicinity of guardians/basis.
- if we can't buff the hp on all non-combat drones (except ECs ^^), extend that role bonus to HP as well -.-

Meh, I already run a cap injected DG LSB scimi with four large s95a, I don't need a fucking cap use bonus on the LSB. I suppose with a cap use bonus you could run an XL booster, but good luck fitting cap, propulsion, and a useful amount of LST as well. Scimi is fine IMO and the onerios just needs a lot more powergrid.

First off, Onerios and scimis use the tracking link bonus to boost those faction fit Paladins.
Dont use logi in very small gangs. It's gay :(
