T3 Prober

So we all have probe alts right? why don't we make them even better. With the probing subsystem the scan strength is just as good. For plexing(with armour ishtar) I've theory crafted this to let me do all sites and provide the extra kick where needed:

I really like this thing my only concern is the 5.2align time and ideally I'd like more dps (aiming for 400). At all 5's before implants the probe strength is 125 but I think as long as its +100 considering skills and implants I'll be happy (currently probing at 110). The eccm is handy but not really a big thing as I'll just cloak both if it gets busy so maybe a target painter would help. If someone wants to improve my fit or make a legion that can do this I would be very happy (legion would boost the armoured warfare link more.)

LOL salvager on the tengu instead of the ishtar? Also you really don't need the second rig for scanning.
