Pretty much.

Aggravated Assault could theoretically make it if they do a max point win (possibly with a bit of handicap) and no or not much losses and ASMBL not taking much losses (and winning) against R0NIN, but they're probably way too terrible for that.

WILD BOARS have no realistic chance (needing something like a 50 point handicap to even tie RZR in case RZR would lose against Outbreak) and might metagame it up for CO2 (assuming they have some kind of ex-Yugo bropact), handing CO2 a high handicap win to make it somewhat certain that they will be ahead of RZR with some degree of certainty in case RZR wins against Outbreak.

Babylon5.. is definitely out.

LACK and Nulli are both definitely eliminated in their group with Black Legion and B A N E already having two wins.

Bad luck on the warp in for Lack. Our Curse had neuts on him within the first 10 seconds.

If it's what you think it is and I'm thinking the same thing then I know too! If it's not what you think it is and I'm thinking of something completely different too then the possiblitities are mind blowing!
